  • 2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    Pound the chicken breasts slightly and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    In the same skillet, lower the heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.

  4. Combine & Cook:
    Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce on top. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish & Serve:
    Top with fresh basil. Serve over pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or with crusty bread!
